Now that you’re on the balcony you should see a wall with blue hexagon patterns on it, you can wall-jump up there. Once at the top, turn around to see the bolt (before going into next room). It’s easiest when you are standing on the production line behind the box, facing in the direction it’s moving in. You only have a short time window because the box is moving, but you can simply wait for the next box if you miss. Then “wall jump” from the side of the box to the balcony above it.
